1、 Preparation work, you need to have a car with decent power and install trailer ball joints for it. In addition, in order to meet the safety standards for driving on the road, it is necessary to make plugs for the lighting system on the trailer. Make the trailer have lights at night to provide corresponding warning effects. Because it involves driving safety, it is very important. In addition, to secure the motorcycle, you need to prepare several nylon ropes with buckles and at least two sets of tensioners for each vehicle.
2、 Trailers are divided into many types, basically similar. After opening the flat panel at the rear of the trailer, a slope will be formed. If you are skilled, you can try to ride the motorcycle on it. Of course, if you feel a little uneasy, it is better to find a helper to help you. After the front wheels enter the fixed groove, be sure to pay attention to the brake disc. If there is a collision between the brake disc and the slot, it will cause damage to the brake disc. When fixing the car, special attention should be paid. If there is cardboard or some soft material by the hand, it is recommended to place it between the brake disc and the slot.
3、 The next step is how to fix the vehicle, which is still very particular. We use two sets of tensioners to balance the car by hooking the handlebars onto the fixed rings on both sides. When tightening, pay attention to applying even force on both sides to ensure that the vehicle is upright. Compressing the shock absorber as much as possible will make the vehicle more stable during transportation.
(Note: During transportation, do not lower the side ladder, as it can withstand greater force during bumps and may cause damage. Using a tensioner to secure it can absorb some of the vibration well and will not cause any hard damage to the vehicle.)
4、 After the handlebars are fixed, the vehicle is basically firmly secured because the front fork has been compressed to a certain extent. To prevent the rear wheels from bouncing during bumps, it is necessary to secure them tightly against the trailer.
5、 So, the motorcycle is fixed. The trailer and the main vehicle are fixed by a ball joint. After fixing, be sure to lock it to prevent the trailer from separating from the main vehicle in bumpy situations. For double insurance, it is also necessary to tie the steel cable that comes with the trailer to the towing ring of the main vehicle, which will be more secure.
